What NAIL SPA offers

NAIL SPA is listed as a nail salon, with spa and beauty salon as secondary categories. Reviewers name a cat eye gel manicure with a design, a French pedicure, an acrylic full set and dip powder for toes.

Several reviewers describe visiting with a deadline, such as a shift at work or an appointment 40 minutes away, and asking for a faster visit.

What customers say about NAIL SPA

Of the five review excerpts, two give 5 stars and both focus on speed. One review from a month ago says a cat eye gel manicure came out well, with a beautiful color and a design done perfectly, despite a short visit before work. One from 4 months ago says a French pedicure finished in time for an appointment, and describes the technician as pleasant throughout.

Three reviews are critical. One from 4 months ago reports paying $120 for an acrylic full set that looked thin near the cuticle and chunky toward the tip, with nearly every nail broken within 2 days. One from 5 months ago, written by a customer of a few years, says consistency has slipped while prices keep rising. One from 6 months ago says a dip powder request ended with gel polish being applied after the customer had mentioned a gel polish allergy at least 3 times, and reports an allergic reaction.

Will never go here again!! I spent $120 on an acrylic full set. Not only did they obviously use cheap materials, she barely put any acrylic on my nail bed near the cuticle, which made it extremely thin and then chunky looking towards the end of tip. Pretty much every nail was broken within 2 days :( the other place I go, which is aria nail bar in casa linda, the nails never break ever. I recommend going there instead of this place !

I love how my cat eye gel manicure turned out!! She was very quick since I told her I had to go to work and she still did a great job. The color is beautiful and she did the design perfectly. Thank you!

Getting my nails done is one of the few things I do for myself to relax, reset, and feel put together. Iโ€™ve been coming to this nail spa for a few years now, but unfortunately the consistency has not been there, even while the prices steadily continue to increase. I was disappointed when I came two weeks ago, and out of loyalty, I decided to return. However, this most recent visit was especially frustrating. The nails were visibly uneven and not symmetrical on both sides. When I politely tried to express my concerns, I was met with frustration, slight rudeness, and deflection instead of professionalism or accountability. I understand no service is perfect every single time, but long-term customers should feel valued, heard, and respected. At this point, this may be my last visit for a while until things improve.

I got a French pedicure by the gentleman, and I told him I had to leave for an appointment in 40 mins. He did a wonderful job, got me out of there in time, and he was pleasant the entire time. Iโ€™m so happy with your service & I hope to return soon. ๐Ÿ™‚

Never going back. They didnt give me what i asked for and actually gave me an allergic reaction. I requested dip powder for my toes yesterday. Explained multiple times (at least 3) that I have a gel polish allergy. I didnt notice that they were putting gel on my toes until they had the lamp on my feet. Once gel touches the skin/nail the reaction is inevitable. Bare minimum I should have gotten was what I asked for. I dont know how I could have been more clear about an ALLERGY and DIP toenails. Obviously I had to remove it and now my feet are going to itch for days. Don't go here if you have a gel allergy.
